INTRODUCTION
1. The entire machine is divided into two basic frameworks, the unwinding part and the rewinding part. A passageway in the middle offer sapce for workers to adjust knifes.
2. The machine adopts two variable frequency motors, synchronous belt transmission, surface rewinding with automatic tension calculation under our unique advanced control algorithm.
3. Every single roller has perfectly done the dynamic and static balance test, level to G2.5 making extremely stable operation under the high speed condition.
4. The biggest feature of this machine is the material after slitting is wound on one single shaft without crossing each other, and can be easily separated after unloading, then entering the next process. (with detailed image below.)

6. Hydraulic cylinder shaftless loading design in the unwinding part with capacity of lifting more than 2000 kilogram object.
7. The correction device has optional ultrasonic and color sensors.
8. High-pressure air blower is standard configuration.
9. High quality PLC used make sure safety of operators. If there were a problem, pilot lamp would emit light and buzzer would make voice, then the machine would stop in 3 seconds automatically.
10. This machine applies to slitting and rewinding of coated papers, coated films, laser holographic films, VMPST, VMCPP, VMBOPP, and so on.
