INTRODUCTION
1. This machine is intended for use in situations where slitting has been completed and rewinding is necessary to achieve better winding quality.
2. The machine adopts one variable frequency motor(servo motor is available), synchronous belt transmission, surface rewinding with automatic tension calculation under our unique advanced control algorithm.
3. Every single roller has perfectly done the dynamic and static balance test, level to G2.5 making extremely stable operation under the high speed condition.
4. The correction device has optional ultrasonic and color sensors.
