INTRODUCTION
1. The entire machine is divided into two basic frameworks, the unwinding part and the rewinding part. A passageway in the middle offer sapce for workers to operate large roll materials.
2. The machine adopts one variable frequency motor (servo motor is available), magnetic powder controller, synchronous belt transmission, central rewinding with automatic tension calculation under our unique advanced control algorithm.
3. Every single aluminum roller has perfectly done the dynamic and static balance test, level to G2.5 making extremely stable operation under the high speed condition.
4. There are two air shafts, arranged up and down, in the rewinding part. 
5. Flat knift or round knift can apply on a single machine.
6. Manual feeding in the unwinding part is standard configuration, while other kinds of unwinding part, shaftless or shaft, pneumatic or hydraulic, is on your choice.
7. The correction device has optional ultrasonic, color sensors, and cameras.
8. High-pressure air blower is standard configuration, while small rewinder for waste edges is optional.
9. High quality PLC used make sure safety of operators. If there were a problem, pilot lamp would emit light and buzzer would make voice, then the machine would stop in 3 seconds automatically.
10. The applied substrate are Labels, Self-adhesives, Glassine, paper, films, etc.
